"KnowingNewport" is an open forum sharing ideas pertaining to the city government and public school system in Newport, Rhode Island, USA.

Newport certainly has world class scenery but also faces major challenges. Through additional community interest, involvement, and investment, Newport has the ability to deliver world class municipal services.

The founder and chief moderator of this forum is Mike Cullen, former chairman of the city's Trust & Investment Commission  and former  member of the city's dormant Technology Advisory Commission.
